About Sabrina
Sabrina Hrabe joined Vintage Investment Properties in 2014 after graduating Summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology at Sonoma State University. Her first year at Vintage Sabrina was a transaction coordinator and assistant to Debbie Hrabe, learning all the contracts and the ins and outs of real estate. In 2015 she got her real estate license and in 2018 also got her Broker’s license. What accomplishments!
Sabrina has studied real estate and attended seminars to learn more about the legal aspects of all real estate sales. She is a very experienced realtor and so well liked among her clients. Sabrina works in all aspects of residential real estate.
With the start of Covid Sabrina joined the Fire Academy at Allan Hancock College. In 2021 she graduated with her class of fellow firemen. Among the 20 men there were only two women graduating. Sabrina also became an EMT.
passion
Sabrina’s passion has been horses since before she could walk. Her mom would “pack” her and take her for rides. She started showing Arabian horses by the time she was 8 years old and got her first Arabian when she was 9. At 10 years old she got another show horse that allowed them both to compete in the larger more competitive shows. After 3 previous show horses she finally became National Champion with her mare Hey Mandalay at the Junior National Show in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It was her final year showing as a junior competitor.
At Sonoma State she was also on the Equestrian team and showed many horses. Today although not showing competitively she is still training and riding for people in the area.
Sabrina’s other passion has been traveling and that has also been combined with horses. She has ridden horses in Portugal, and Ireland. One of her favorite places to ride is at Castle Leslie in Ireland. Just a fantastic place to ride cross country. In 2010 she and her brother John backpacked through Europe. She has visited more countries than you can count! Did I also mention Sabrina is a thrill seeker?
Not only did they hike in Europe but John and Sabrina went Canyoning in the Alps. She too, like her brother James has skydived 3 times and enjoys jumping off cliffs in Croatia and Coast
Steering in Scotland. River rafting in Croatia, too.
Another passion of Sabrina’s is participating in triathlons on the Central Coast from Paso Robles
to Morro Bay to San Luis Obispo to Arroyo Grande. Sabrina is very competitive and if she
hasn’t come in first she is not too far behind!
