ABOUT DEBBIE

Debbie Hrabe started her real estate career in 1994 in Thousand Oaks working as an agent for Coldwell Banker. It was a time when computers were just being introduced and new listings in the MLS were printed and hand delivered to the office every week. Times certainly have changed since then!

In her first year of sales, Debbie won a trip to the national convention in Florida being a top producer in her office. It was a great experience attending training seminars and engaging with other top producers to share their knowledge. Debbie, still eager to expand her skill set as a new agent, enrolled in a very intense training program by Floyd Wickman, a top selling author and one of the most influential people in real estate.

passion

In 1997, Debbie moved to the Central Coast and worked for a small company in the Village of Arroyo Grande. However, shortly after relocating to this area, Debbie became disheartened with how real estate was handled on the Central Coast. This pushed her to open her own real estate brokerage, Vintage Investment Properties. Now, she could teach agents as well as educate her clients about real estate transactions and practices. Opening Vintage gave her the opportunity to
cater to those clients.

Not only is Debbie an avid realtor, she also earned her Bachelor’s degree in Child Development at CSU Northridge and received her K-12 Teaching Credential. Life before real estate consisted of training horses, private tutoring, and teaching at her childrens’ private school.

With this diverse background, Debbie is able to incorporate all of her talents into real estate. Debbie lives on five acres in Arroyo Grande, and is educated on wells, easements, septic systems, and all that encompasses selling these types of properties. Therefore, this has become her speciality – country properties, horse properties, and vacant land.

When she is not showing property or assisting clients, you will find her riding her horses, gardening, reading, listening to music, and spending time with her four adult children and five grandchildren. In 2019, her kids took her to London, Scotland and Ireland. She walked Abbey Road, went Coast Steering in Scotland, and went cross country riding in Ireland. What an adventure!
